The comprehensive development of the individual requires balance and harmony that allows for a healthy life.
Since they are young, our students have been provided with learning sessions where they are given the chance to know and practice numerous sports in addition to knowing and acquiring good habits to care for their own health.
In Corporality, they exercise their bodies through several sports and physical exercise; besides, this is complemented with the theory that covers topics like nutrition, health, hygiene and body care.
Not only do we seek that children and youngsters become familiar with a specific discipline, but we also provide the opportunity for them to develop skills, interact with their peers, develop and maximize values such as tolerance, responsibility, strength, balance, perseverance and discipline.
We promote individual and team work and sports talents are fostered through teams that represent our School at several local, regional and national events:
